Microsoft DreamSpark
The ICT Team has managed to arrange a limited number of free licenses for Microsoft's latest programming applications for students at Ian Ramsey. If you would like to start your first steps into programming, want to continue your studies through Microsoft products or want to build the next big killer application of 2010 - come and see the ICT support team to arrange a license key. This is a fantastic opportunity for students who want to extend their studies or get a foot on the ladder ahead of their A-Levels and degree programs.

Viruses and Memory Sticks
We would advise all staff and students to install the latest security fixes and anti-virus definitions on their home computer systems after the recent viral outbreak revealed many memory sticks passing these viruses onto our network. Please see the ICT support team if you want to use your memory sticks in the school computers.
Extra-Curricular Clubs
Why not become involved in one of the many clubs on offer in the school - from languages through sport, music and computing there's something on offer for everyone. Why not ask your club leader to start an area on our VLE for your club?
